In this section we would like to give you an insight to some of the key players in our team charged with the responsibility of bringing your dreams and passion to fruition.
The people I have brought together to fulfill the Franklin Philosophy work as a team. It’s a team led by specialist boat builders, who manage the total construction from the smallest detail to the grand picture and from start to finish.

Their expertise with the materials and construction methods span from traditional timber construction, through to high-tech composite construction of today's high performance yachts.
And our in-house metal fabrication shop takes care of the custom metal work, with specialist engineers able to make and fit any aluminium, stainless steel or titanium fittings called for.
A passion for boats and boating
But the real talent that many of our team bring to their work is that they actively participate in boating in their free time, so, rather than it being simply a job that they turn up for each day... working on boats is their passion and it comes as second nature to them. They are skilled boat builders who go boating on the weekends.
This means they understand why things should be done a certain way and can offer real solutions and ideas to solve those inevitable problems that crop up during construction.
